Full Description

We are a fast-paced, fee-for-service dental organization who focuses on providing high quality comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are looking for the best and brightest dental support staff who share our passion for serving our patients and communities. At a Glance • $18 - $22 per hour • Eligible to earn monthly bonus • Ability to work 4-5 days per week including evenings & weekends • Location: Jacksonville, Florida 32218 (Dunn Ave.) • Dental experience not required Key Responsibilities • Cleaning, packaging, and sterilization of reusable dental instruments per manufacturers guidelines. • Decontamination, breakdown and set up of operatory’s in-between patients. • Maintain clean and organized dental equipment, countertops and storage throughout the clinical areas. • Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date • Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays • Schedule patient appointments • Audit the patient record to prepare for future appointments • Complete end of day documents and audits • Meet the needs of the clinical and management teams through support as required.
