Title: VP or Sr. Director, Amazon General Manager Classification: Full-time, Exempt Location: Remote, US (ET hours) Overview: Alex + Ani is seeking a highly analytical, operationally minded leader with prior P&L ownership and a track record of turning insights into scalable, profitable revenue growth. This role will be responsible for owning the financial performance of our largest wholesale account while it transitions to a direct sales model (Amazon). Success in this position will require E2E execution oversight on all P&L levers for North America: marketing, SEO optimization, conversion, inventory, pricing, and promotions. Key Responsibilities: Own the P&L for Alex and Ani's highest growth channel outside of DTC (Amazon), while ensuring profitability and sustainable growth Manage an internal lead and our external consultant team to achieve top and bottom-line goals Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making, scenario planning, and forecasting Translate insights from experiments, data, marketing, and performance into revenue-generating process improvements Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align priorities and drive growth initiatives Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance, KPIs, and ROI on key initiatives Ideal Background & Experience: Requirements: 4+ years of experience with site performance/optimization levers and/or performance marketing channels Highly analytical and results-driven, with strong financial modeling, analytics, and scenario planning skills Proven ability to translate insights into operational execution Strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with near-term execution Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Preferred: 2+ years of demonstrated P&L ownership in a multi-channel retail or consumer business
