National Law firm representing survivors of sexual assault, providing compassionate, results-driven representation. Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join their growing Sexual Assault practice. This is a meaningful opportunity to manage an existing complex and impactful caseload, from pre-litigation to trial, while making a difference in the lives of trauma survivors. Qualifications: • Member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar (admission to additional states is a plus but not required). • Resides in Pennsylvania, preferably within the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh metropolitan areas. • 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong emphasis on personal injury, mass torts, and/or institutional sexual abuse litigation. • Experience in sexual abuse or assault cases is strongly preferred; demonstrated experience working with trauma-impacted clients is a significant plus. • Extensive experience taking and defending fact and expert depositions. • Experience arguing motions, hearings, and/or trials. • Excellent legal drafting, research, negotiation, and oral communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop creative, strategic litigation approaches. • Technologically proficient and comfortable using modern case management and litigation tools. Attorney Responsibilities: • Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents with precision and attention to detail. • Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies across complex plaintiff-side matters, including sexual abuse and institutional misconduct cases. • Conduct investigations and collaborate with experts to develop strong evidentiary records. • Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions. • Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials. • Maintain consistent, empathetic, and trauma-informed communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams to maintain a high-performing practice. • Stay current on evolving laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to personal injury, mass tort, and sexual abuse litigation.
