RESPONSIBILITIES Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking) and effective use of tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc Maintain organized prospect lists, qualify leads, and schedule/confirm initial and follow-up sales appointments while preparing materials for meetings and presentations Support business development by contributing to sales strategy, attending trade shows and virtual events, and helping drive new business opportunities and long-term client relationships QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years in the employee benefits industry and/or marketing, plus 2+ years of sales experience High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred Health/Life insurance license preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
