Gather and document requirements, analyze and optimize processes, support product and technology teams, perform data analysis, and ensure quality assurance and testing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-6 years experience as a Business/Product/Systems Analyst, strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills, and understanding of Agile and software concepts.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Documentation • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical departments to analyze business needs • Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and workflow assessment • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, UML diagrams, Data Flow diagrams, SOPs, and Process Maps • Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical deliverables Process Analysis & Optimization • Conduct business process analysis using BPMN, flowcharts, or Lean methodology • Identify gaps, redundancies, workflow inefficiencies, and automation opportunities • Recommend process improvements, feature enhancements, reporting needs, and system adoption strategies Product & Technology Support • Support product backlog, sprint planning, and development prioritization • Liaise between business teams, developers, QA, data, and product stakeholders • Validate features against requirements, support UAT, and coordinate sign-off • Assist with functional design, release notes, and solution documentation Data Analysis & Insights • Perform data validation, dashboard reviews, user performance reports, KPI analysis, and insight development • Support reporting, BI initiatives, and basic SQL/data interpretation where needed • Translate insights into user-friendly business recommendations and decision support Quality Assurance & Testing • Participate in functional testing, UAT, regression review, and defect triage • Ensure product accuracy, business logic integrity, and user adoption readiness • Document test cases, test results, and assist in evaluating feature readiness Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 2–6 years experience as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role • Strong experience in: • Business requirements analysis & documentation • BRD, FRD, User Stories, SRS, Use Cases, Wireframes • Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination • Understanding of: • SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology • Software concepts, APIs, databases, workflows, and system logic • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills Company DescriptionAt Alenotech Solutions LLC, we specialize in connecting top-tier technology talent with leading organizations across the U.S. Our mission is to empower professionals through advanced training, project placement, and long-term career development in cutting-edge technologies like Data Science, AI, and Cloud Computing.
