Lead and manage all aspects of factory establishment including site selection, construction oversight, permitting, procurement, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience in engineering or related field, project management in facility setup or construction, knowledge of US construction regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and bilingual in English and Mandarin.

• *Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US** Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end factory establishment project, from site selection and construction to facility handover • Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government authorities • Oversee permitting in collaboration with EHS/legal consultants • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with local safety requirements • Support procurement and logistics for equipment and materials • Facilitate communication between HQ engineering, local suppliers, and consultants • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are met Qualifications • Experience in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred • Project management experience in facility setup or large-scale construction • Familiar with U.S. construction regulations, permitting, and industrial safety standards • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Language: • Mandarin Chinese (Required) Work Location: Remote
