Full Description

Job Description: • Support the discovery, design, and responsible adoption of AI solutions across the business. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases. • Assist in implementing and change management efforts. • Monitor for policy breaches and ensure adherence to Aledade’s AI policies. • Collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data, Product, and Engineering to drive safe, effective AI outcomes. • Hands-on work with use case discovery, documentation, adoption support, compliance checks, and cross-functional coordination. Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting • Proven track record designing and implementing compliant AI solutions across multiple business domains • Experience facilitating use case discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping with non-technical stakeholders. • Foundational knowledge of major cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS AI Services, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI) • Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
