Full Description

Job Description: • leads internal contract operational processes and supports the execution of Aledade’s value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans • oversee and manage contracting projects related to developing and executing contracts • draft financial and legal contract summaries • partner with cross-functional teams to share information and obtain buy-in for new contracts • actively track and report on new and existing contracts • manage and develop team processes and tools to ensure alignment across Aledade • manage the internal “source of truth” for all contracts and terms • support team leads on data collection and analysis projects Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in healthcare with health plans or providers • Master’s degree and 6+ year in value-based care contracting with health plans or providers • Understanding of the health plan contracting process from initial conversations through contract signing and launch • Strong project and process management skills • Ability to own processes from start-to-finish and independently engage stakeholders • Proven success in working cooperatively and strategically in a team-oriented matrixed environment with the ability to influence and interact with all levels • Results-oriented with the ability to balance a wide variety of responsibilities • Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues or external parties • Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care Benefits: Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely are available for many rolesHealth, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partnersRobust time-off plan (21 days of PTO in your first year)Two paid volunteer days and 11 paid holidays12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parentsSix weeks paid sabbatical after six years of serviceEducational Assistant Program and Clinical Employee Reimbursement Program401(k) with up to 4% matchStock optionsAnd much more!
