• PLACE OF WORK • Solarstraße 7, 4653 Eberstalzell • AREA OF EMPLOYMENT • Supply Chain Management • * • EMPLOYMENT TYPE • Full-time • SALARY • Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300* • willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications As soon as possible How You’ll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this role are: • As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will play a key role in building and optimizing data-driven processes to support one of ALDI SÜD’s most ambitious logistics projects • Your work will help ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across our warehouse and transport operations • You'll analyze and interpret internal logistics data to support strategic decision-making • You'll design and implement efficient data-based processes that enhance operational workflows in warehousing and transportation • You'll evaluate the performance of logistics service providers using clearly defined KPIs and dashboards • You'll ensure our master data is clean, up-to-date, and aligned with real-world operational needs • You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, running root-cause analyses, and proposing actionable solutions • You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, country logistics teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and cross-border cooperation • You'll contribute to the design and execution of operational case studies and present findings to key stakeholders Candidate Profile The requirements of the role include: • A university degree, ideally in logistics, supply chain, business analytics, or a related field • Relevant work experience in data-driven logistics environments • Experience working with fresh product operations (fruit & vegetables) and logistics service providers is a strong plus • A structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and the ability to handle complexity with clarity • Advanced Excel skills and experience in working with large datasets (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables, PowerQuery) • Strong analytical mindset and confidence in interpreting numbers and translating them into operational action • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and international teams • Fluent in Business English; other languages are a plus A Career that Benefits You Our benefits for you are wide-ranging: • 6 weeks of annual leave every year for all • A range of subsidised childcare support options • Options to work remotely - from home or anywhere within Austria (up to 13 days per month), and from abroad (up to 30 days per year, selected countries) • Mobile devices provided to enable flexible working • Relocation support (including visas/permits, home search and moving allowance) • Free and subsidised healthy food and drinks provided at work • Subsidised public transport • Bike leasing programme to save up to 20% on bike costs to encourage sustainable transport and improve affordability • Discounts on a wide range of shopping in the categories like fashion, travel, sports and many more • All the training you need to excel in your role • Extensive personal and professional development • High level of responsibility in a diverse and international business environment • Collaboration with teams across border • Private health insurance discounts • Comprehensive wellbeing & (mental) health support • On-site & online sports with Wellpass membership Remuneration Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300* • willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification Place of work ​Solarstraße 7, 4653 Eberstalzell Moserstraße, 5020 Salzburg from September 2026 ​​ Start of work ​As soon as possible​ How to Apply All applications take place through our online portal.
