Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Assistant role located in Lynnwood, WA. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and assisting with various office and clinical tasks. Responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, assisting the dental team during procedures, and keeping the office organized and efficient. Qualifications • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining patient information. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent patient care and support. • Basic understanding of dental terminology and willingness to assist during clinical procedures. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient office operations. • Ability to work collaboratively with a professional team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in dental or healthcare settings is a plus but not required. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training are beneficial.
