Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing at Aldea, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s market presence and communicating the value of our AI-driven solutions to diverse audiences. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Aldea’s business goals. - You will lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns. - You will oversee digital marketing, content creation, and brand management efforts. - You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging. - You will analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing performance. - You will manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively. - You will represent Aldea at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility. - You will drive lead generation and customer engagement through innovative marketing tactics. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in AI, technology, or healthcare sectors. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. - Strong expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand development. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
