Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing at Aldea, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s market presence and positioning our AI solutions as industry leaders. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - You will lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team to achieve high performance. - You will oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. - You will collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling messaging and go-to-market plans. - You will analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing tactics. - You will manage the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI. - You will represent Aldea at industry events and conferences to build brand presence. - You will drive content creation efforts to support lead generation and customer engagement. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in technology or AI sectors. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. - Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in healthcare technology or clinical AI applications. - Background in product marketing or demand generation. - Familiarity with voice-based AI technologies. - MBA or relevant advanced degree.
