Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing, you will lead Aldea's marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in positioning Aldea as a leader in AI-driven voice technology and expanding our market presence. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Aldea's business goals. - You will lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team to execute campaigns across digital, content, and event channels. - You will collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market fit. - You will analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. - You will manage the marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI. - You will oversee brand development and ensure consistent communication of Aldea's value proposition. - You will drive lead generation initiatives and nurture customer relationships through targeted campaigns. - You will represent Aldea at industry events and build strategic partnerships. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in technology or AI sectors. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth. - Strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
