Job Title: Consumer Product Manager, Aldea Advisors Company Overview: Aldea is a pioneering AI company specializing in voice-based clinical and expert applications. Based in Miami, FL, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare and expert consultation through innovative AI technology. Our flagship product, Advisor, leverages proprietary AI to enhance decision-making and scale expert impact efficiently. Role Overview: As a Consumer Product Manager at Aldea, you will lead the development and growth of our AI-driven Advisor product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience that meets consumer needs. What You'll Do: - You will define and execute the product roadmap for the Advisor platform. - You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality product features. - You will gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements. - You will monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities. - You will work with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and growth initiatives. - You will manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration. - You will communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and leadership. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. What You Bring: - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or healthcare technology. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and voice-based applications. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex products. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations.
