Job Title: Consumer Product Manager, Aldea Advisors Company Overview: Aldea is a pioneering AI company specializing in voice-based clinical and expert applications. Based in Miami, FL, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare and expert consultation through innovative AI technology. Our flagship product, Advisor, leverages proprietary AI to enhance decision-making and scale expert impact efficiently. Role Overview: As a Consumer Product Manager at Aldea, you will lead the development and growth of our Advisor product, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare professionals and consumers alike. You will bridge the gap between technology and user experience, driving product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. What You'll Do: - You will define and execute the product roadmap for Advisor, aligning with company goals and user needs. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality product features. - You will gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions. - You will prioritize product backlog and manage release schedules to ensure timely delivery. - You will develop business cases and product requirements documents to support new initiatives. - You will monitor product performance metrics and iterate to improve user engagement and satisfaction. - You will communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and leadership. - You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Aldea competitive. What You Bring: - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or healthcare technology. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and voice-based applications. - Proven ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to launch. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with clinical or healthcare products. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare technology. - Advanced degree in a relevant field. - Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
