Job Title: Consumer Product Manager, Aldea Advisors Company Overview: Aldea is a pioneering AI company specializing in voice-based clinical and expert applications. Based in Miami, FL, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare and expert consultation through innovative AI technology that enhances accessibility and efficiency. Our flagship product, Advisor, leverages proprietary AI to scale expert impact and improve user outcomes. Role Overview: As a Consumer Product Manager at Aldea, you will lead the development and growth of our AI-driven consumer products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery that meets user needs and business goals. What You'll Do: - You will define and execute the product roadmap for Aldea’s consumer-facing AI applications. - You will collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality product features. - You will gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions. - You will prioritize product backlog and manage release schedules to meet deadlines. - You will work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. - You will monitor product performance metrics and iterate to improve user engagement and satisfaction. - You will communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and leadership. - You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. What You Bring: - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, healthcare, or consumer technology. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and voice-based applications. - Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycle. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in agile development environments. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with clinical or healthcare products. - Background in data science or software engineering. - Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance. - Experience in remote team collaboration.
