Full Description

Description: • Collaborate closely with the development team to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (Core/Framework) for the backend and React for the frontend. • Take a proactive role in improving tools, services, and platforms, continuously enhancing team workflows and Agile practices for more efficient and higher-quality delivery. • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, user story creation, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. • Engage with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, turning them into high-quality software solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and design discussions. • Work with QA teams to ensure high levels of software quality, and help troubleshoot and resolve production issues. • Provide third-line support for existing applications and develop new features that extend product functionality. • Contribute to architectural decisions and support the transition to modern technologies and platforms, as needed. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements: • Strong technical expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and SQL Server. • Proven experience developing modern, responsive, and performant web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript. • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and full-stack development principles. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of prioritising and managing workloads under pressure. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
