Alchemy Worx is an award-winning, audience management agency specializing in email, SMS, and paid social marketing for clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to local market players. The agency offers advanced marketing services, utilizing both time-tested and emerging methods and technologies to secure a higher rate of customer engagement and retention. We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and grow with us. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a creative spark, and a desire to learn across marketing, with a focus on email and SMS channels. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in our Flatiron office. What You’ll Do: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on email and SMS Work directly with the CEO on company marketing initiatives, including: Updating company website Sending out newsletters Engaging on social media Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to help craft compelling short-form copy for email subject lines, social media captions, ads, and more Help manage our email marketing content calendars and scheduling Research audience trends, competitor content, and campaign performance to inform strategy Support basic digital design work (e.g., banners, email graphics, social creatives) using tools like Canva or Figma Collaborate with our copywriters, designers, and campaign managers Provide general marketing support and jump in where needed 0-2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital design Clear and concise writing skills — bonus if you’ve written for email or social Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) Basic skills in Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar design tools Comfortable experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT Highly organized, with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude Fluency in Tagalog is a plus (part of our team is based in the Philippines)! NYC-based, in-office Tues/Wed/Thurs every week Salary range: $60-75,000 Unlimited PTO policy Fully covered medical, dental and vision insurance 401k with company match
