You’ll play a vital part in generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering top-tier relocation solutions. Ideal for a dynamic sales professional passionate about international mobility and moving logistics. What You’ll Be Doing: • Preparing accurate and timely quotes for a wide range of moving and international relocation services. • Conducting surveys for prospective clients to assess moving needs and provide tailored service proposals. • Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings. • Maintaining active communication with potential clients to guide them through the relocation journey. • Building and nurturing relationships with industry professionals to enhance service visibility and opportunities. • Responding to customer queries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism. • Ensuring all sales activities adhere to company pricing policies and brand standards. • Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the moving process. • Collaborating with international agents to coordinate service delivery and client satisfaction. • Participating in networking events and industry functions to promote the brand. • Recording and managing all client interactions using CRM systems to ensure service continuity. • Supporting the team with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth business operations.
