Full Description

The Enterprise Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting technical solutions relating to Dynamics AX / D365 F&O and ISV’s. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that architecture aligns with organizational goals and industry’s best practices. The Enterprise Systems Analyst provides technical leadership, oversees system administration and integration, and ensures the scalability, security, and maintainability of technology solutions. The Enterprise Systems Analyst will carry out the following duties: Responsible for technical support of the current Dynamics AX Solution and integrated ISV products. Own technical system administration over all Dynamics AX / D365 F&O environment management activities including maintenance items. Work with the Functional Senior Business Analyst to understand the overall scope and approach for all support and projects relating to Dynamics AX / D365 F&O and related ISV’s. Assist with the identification and documentation of technical requirements including routine jobs and services that will be required as part of the overall solution. Collaborate with the Functional Solutions Architect in reviewing “gap” requirements and their high-level design to ensure technical feasibility and approach. Work closely with the IT Project Manager to manage the technical task breakdown for all technical deliverables of the project. Oversee all code management and deployment processes. Direct the unit testing process to ensure an acceptable level of quality is achieved before delivering to the end user. Collaborate with the Functional Business Analyst and IT Project Manager to assist in the development of the Go-Live strategy. Execute the Go Live deployment plan for technical parts of the Go Live. Provide support for a period after Go-Live to ensure the new processes are functioning as expected and change management has occurred. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or similar field. 7 to 10 years of experience in Dynamics AX and D365 F&O system administration and architectural system design. Experience as a Dynamics AX Technical Lead. Experience and deep technical expertise in Dynamics AX and D365 F&O performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices. Experience with DIXF and Dual Write. Extensive SQL expertise. Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOPS. Experience with Power BI is strongly desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Salary Range: $105k-$120k DOE.
