Front Desk Agent – Service Is Key We’re looking for a dependable, guest-focused individual to join our front desk team. This role is all about creating a great first impression and ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. Around here, service is key — and we believe in saying “yes” whenever possible to make each stay a great one. Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out efficiently. • Issue room keys, answer questions, and assist guests with requests. • Go out of your way to make sure guests feel valued and cared for. • Chat with guests at breakfast, check in on how their stay is going, and offer help or local recommendations. • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to keep things running smoothly. • Lend a hand to other departments when needed to ensure guests receive seamless service. • Share information about our guest loyalty program and help guests enroll to enhance their stays. • Maintain an organized, professional front desk area. • Process payments, reservations, and guest information accurately. • Deliver the kind of service that makes guests want to come back again and again. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others — because service is key in everything we do. • A “say yes whenever possible” attitude that helps turn challenges into amazing guest experiences. • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable using computers and hotel systems. • Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
