About Us Albedo’s Return Power Washing is a woman-owned Houston startup delivering NFPA-96 compliant commercial vent hood & kitchen exhaust cleaning, exterior pressure washing and facility cleaning. We’re expanding and need a driven Sales & Operations Manager to help us grow into a leading name in compliance and commercial maintenance. What You’ll Do • Build and close new B2B accounts (restaurants, property managers, hotels, schools). • Develop outreach, networking, and partnership strategies for Houston’s commercial market. • Inspect and document fire hazards in ducts and grease exhaust systems for commercial kitchen establishments. • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service contracts professionally. • Oversee operations: scheduling, field coordination, and quality control. • Track metrics (sales pipeline, job performance, client satisfaction). • Lead, train, and motivate crews for high standards and consistent execution. • Ensure safety and NFPA-96 / OSHA compliance on every project. Who You Are • 3+ years in commercial janitorial, vent hood & KEC, or facilities maintenance(sales or ops). • Proven closer with experience managing crews or field service teams. • Not afraid to get on and off roofs of all heights. • Excellent communicator and relationship builder. • Organized, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in startup environments. • High integrity, dependable, coachable, problem solver and self-motivated leader. • Tech-friendly: comfortable using CRM tools (Google, CompanyCam, Jobber, Markate, or Zoho) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Experience: • Operations management: 3 years (Preferred) • vent hood & kitchen exhaust cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) • B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
