Hybrid Litigation Administrative Assistant, $95K-$115K + Outstanding Benefits Location: Orinda, CA Employment Type: Salaried Hybrid (1-2 days remote) Are you a skilled legal support professional with litigation experience seeking to join a respected and stable team that respects and values its team? A successful and growing law firm in Orinda is seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to join their reputable team. In this role, you will provide essential support to a collaborative Partner and team, assisting with day-to-day administration and client coordination. This position is ideal for someone passionate about litigation and looking to join a collaborative and respectful team known for its long-tenured staff and some of the best benefits we have seen in years! Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in managing litigation practice. • Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Assist with document production for trials, hearings, and depositions. • Perform electronic filing in various courts and jurisdictions. • Schedule meetings, appointments, and court appearances. • Maintain and update case files and databases. • Communicate effectively with clients, court officials, and colleagues. • Assist with billing and expense reconciliations. Qualifications: • 5+ years of litigation experience. • Familiarity with state filings and governmental agency procedures. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and PDF applications. • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • College degree preferred but not required.
