As we continue to scale globally, we are seeking a strategic, forward‑thinking Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to help shape the organizational capabilities needed for our next phase of growth. This is a high‑impact role for a dynamic HR leader who excels at building strong partnerships with senior leaders, thrives in a fast‑evolving environment, and brings both strategic insight and operational excellence. You will influence key people strategies across the business, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and drive initiatives that elevate our culture and employee experience. What You’ll Do Strategic Partnership & Organizational Impact Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, innovation, and scalable growth. Partner with leaders to shape organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support a rapidly evolving biotech environment. Lead change management efforts to enable successful implementation of new programs, systems, and operating models. Culture, Engagement & Talent Development Champion a high‑performance culture grounded in our values, fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, manager capability, and team effectiveness. Partner with leaders to identify and develop emerging talent, drive succession planning, and support leadership development programs. People Operations & Global HR Excellence Support both exempt and non‑exempt employee groups across corporate, R&D, and global field‑based teams. Collaborate with HR colleagues to build and refine global programs—including total rewards, payroll operations, and policy harmonization. Provide guidance and oversight on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution in alignment with company values and legal requirements. Data‑Driven Insights Use HR analytics and workforce data to deliver actionable insights and influence decisions related to organizational health, talent strategy, and operational effectiveness. Monitor key HR metrics and proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and international employment regulations. Promote ethical, compliant, and globally consistent HR practices across all locations. What You Bring 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in business partnership and generalist work. Demonstrated success influencing leaders and driving measurable business results through effective people strategies. Strong strategic thinking capabilities combined with a hands‑on approach and operational rigor. Expertise in organizational development, employee relations, and change management. Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Experience supporting global or multi‑site teams is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. The base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
