Position Opportunity The Regional Sales Manager – Latin America is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining distributor and customer relationships, and ensuring successful execution of the company’s commercial strategy across the Latin American region. This position requires a bilingual professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and market development skills, and the ability to travel extensively (up to 70%). Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and partners across Latin America. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. • Conduct regular market analysis to assess trends, competition, and expansion opportunities. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to the Director of Global Sales. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and trade requirements. • Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and business events in the region. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across diverse markets. • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%. Education / Training / Certifications • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years in international or regional management roles. • Strong knowledge of Latin American markets and business practices. Related Experience • Requires a bilingual professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and market development skills, who can travel extensively throughout the region. Knowledge / Skills Experience • Strong understanding of Latin American markets, regional business practices, and distribution models. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. • Skilled in market analysis, forecasting, and budget management. • Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, customers, and key accounts. • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural negotiation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to meet customer and business objectives. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and manage partnerships across diverse markets. Travel Requirements • Up to 70% throughout the Latin American region.
