Manage and present financing and insurance products to customers, secure financing approvals, ensure compliance, and maximize dealership profitability.
At least 2 years automotive or RV F&I experience, knowledge of lender guidelines, strong sales and communication skills, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible hours.
Position Summary The RV Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for presenting financing options, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, tire & wheel protection, and other backend products to every customer in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner while maximizing profitability for the dealership.Key Responsibilities • Greet customers in the F&I office and build rapport to understand their financing and protection needs • Review credit applications, pull credit reports, and structure deals using multiple lenders (national banks, credit unions, and captive finance companies) • Secure financing approvals and achieve high lending penetration • Present and sell F&I products including extended service agreements, GAP, tire & wheel, paint/fabric protection, roadside assistance, and theft protection • Maintain a minimum per-vehicle retail (PVR) goal and consistently hit product penetration targets • Ensure 100% compliance with all federal and state regulations (Red Flags Rule, Safeguards, Risk-Based Pricing, etc.) • Accurately complete and fund contracts with lenders in a timely manner • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and capture referrals/reviews • Stay current on lender programs, interest rates, and new F&I products • Work closely with sales managers and desk managers to maximize deal profitability Qualifications & Requirements • 2+ years of proven automotive or RV Finance & Insurance experience required • Strong knowledge of lender guidelines and credit tiers • Track record of consistently high PVR and product penetration • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Valid driver’s license and clean background check • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays • AFIP or other F&I certification is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Highly competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses • Full health, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) with company match • Paid vacation and holidays • Ongoing training and advancement opportunities • Employee discounts on RVs, parts, and service Ready to take your F&I career to the next level in one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing RV markets?
