Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Feature Film Editor Intern to join our dynamic post-production team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in editing feature films, working closely with industry professionals to craft compelling visual stories. As a key contributor, you will develop your editing skills across various software platforms, participate in creative decision-making, and learn the ins and outs of film post-production. If you’re eager to grow your expertise in editing, motion graphics, and content creation within a vibrant environment, this role is perfect for you! Duties • Assist in editing feature film footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer • Support the team with organizing and managing media assets through content management systems and FTP protocols • Contribute to the creation of rough cuts, fine edits, and final versions of films by applying editing techniques that enhance storytelling flow • Collaborate with the post-production team on color correction and photo editing using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge • Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D to elevate visual storytelling • Aid in sound syncing, audio adjustments, and basic sound design tasks to ensure seamless audio-visual integration • Participate in review sessions, providing constructive feedback and implementing revisions efficiently • Support filming activities by assisting with videography, camera setup, and shot organization when needed Experience • Demonstrated proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer • Basic understanding of photo editing tools including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge • Familiarity with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D is highly desirable • Knowledge of post-production workflows including color correction, sound editing, and content management systems • Experience with photography or videography projects is a plus • Strong organizational skills for managing media assets and project files efficiently • Passion for film editing, storytelling, and visual effects with a desire to learn from experienced professionals Join us to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and innovation!
