Job Description: Role: Martech Delivery / Project ManagerLocation: San Ramon, CA(Remote) Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing technology projects (CDP, CRM, CMS, PXM, analytics, personalization, etc.). • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Merchandising teams to define requirements and objectives. • Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for integration and deployment. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful implementation. • Align Martech initiatives with overall retail business and marketing strategies. • Facilitate user adoption and drive change management efforts within teams. • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance Martech operations and data quality. • Stay current with emerging Martech trends and evaluate their potential business impact. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in marketing, IT, Business, or related field. • 6+ years of experience managing Martech or digital marketing projects (preferably in retail/e-commerce). • Strong understanding of marketing technologies CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, analytics, and personalization tools. • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Familiarity with retail marketing strategies and customer experience optimization.
