What You'll Do: - You will establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and key stakeholders. - You will identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic initiatives. - You will represent the hospital at community events, meetings, and conferences to promote services and programs. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies. - You will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging. - You will prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and referral sources. - You will track and report on outreach activities and outcomes to measure effectiveness. - You will manage travel within the assigned territory to support relationship-building efforts. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare liaison roles. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively. - You possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - You have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
