Job Description Primary Skills: Microsoft Office(Intermediate), Purchase Order (Advanced), Problem Resolution(Expert), Analytical Skills(Expert), Finance Knowledge(Basic) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3+ Months Location: Vernon Hills, IL - (#LI - Hybrid - first 3 Wednesdays of each month) Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr #LP Job Summary: This role is central to ensuring efficient operations within our finance and accounting teams by managing and verifying purchase orders for our company. The ideal candidate will facilitate problem resolution by working closely with Sales, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and other departments. They will be responsible for approving orders up to $100k, analyzing customer account standings, ensuring compliance with requirements before order release, and collaborating with teams to maintain accurate corporate data. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Sales, AR, AP, and other departments for problem-solving. • Approve purchase and lease orders up to $100k for specified sales segments. • Approve orders on verbal terms up to $100k in the same categories. • Analyze and verify customer standing before releasing purchase orders. • Ensure all requirements are met prior to order release and work with departments to maintain accurate corporate data and account histories. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Domain Experience Required: Experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred, aligning with a base understanding of financial processes and accounting principles to effectively support the finance and accounting solutions.
