Primary Skills: SDLC (Expert), Change Management (Intermediate), Enterprise Applications (Expert), Stakeholder Management (Expert), Technical Project Management(Expert) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 4+ Months Location: Vernon Hills, IL - 60061 (#LI - Remote) Pay Range: $65 -$70 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee complex technology projects and lead Agile value streams within a fast-paced and resource-intensive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology-based solutions, managing IT application and infrastructure changes, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement through proficient change management processes. This role demands a high level of performance management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication to guarantee the delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver technology solutions in alignment with the organization’s SDLC methodology. • Manage programs and projects to meet specific targets, including the integration of tools and resources. • Execute effective change management across all organizational levels, ensuring stakeholder and user engagement. • Coach and guide project teams within Waterfall and SAFe Agile frameworks to optimize efficiency and performance. • Identify, document, and manage project risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Must Have Skills: • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong change management capabilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Industry Experience: Experience in IT Application and Infrastructure projects management is essential for this role. Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience in managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization are highly beneficial.
