Primary Skills: Analysis-Expert, Engagement-Intermediate, Assessment-Expert, Productivity-Advanced, Experience-Delivery-Expert Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension Location: Remote () Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network within targeted vertical markets. Your main focus will be ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. Through strategic analysis and engagement, you'll identify top sectors and partners, delivering an outstanding experience that fosters productive, long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Engage potential partners in meaningful dialog, quickly assessing their needs and guiding them to suitable resources. • Take the lead in the relationship with reselling partners during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing long-term productivity. • Co-develop business plans with new partners, identifying complementary products/services and addressing channel coverage gaps. • Coordinate with channel marketing and sales management to initiate joint marketing campaigns and sales activities, maintaining a pipeline of active partners Must-Have Skills: • Strong analytical skills • Excellent partner engagement and relationship management skills • Proficiency in CRM updates and management Industry Experience: Experience in channel or partner development within the relevant industry is essential, emphasizing the ability to understand and leverage the nuances of vertical markets for strategic partnership building.
