Primary Skills: Project Management (Expert), Documentation (Expert), Organizational Skills (Advanced), Cross-Functional Leadership (Advanced), Regulatory Knowledge (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 9+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $60 - $62 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Operations Manager to oversee product and workflow launches for short-term rentals across various global jurisdictions, focusing on ensuring compliance and host retention. This role demands driving alignment with multiple internal teams, managing regulatory inquiries, and advocating for an excellent host experience. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented individual who excels in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is committed to client’s mission. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development and launch of regulatory products and workflows, collaborating with Engineering, Data, and Customer Support to ensure worldwide compliance and retention. • Serve as a regulatory expert and primary contact for internal teams, managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and maintaining project documentation. • Drive the operational strategy for assigned jurisdictions, ensuring initiatives are on track and adjusting to changes swiftly. • Advocate for host experience improvements throughout the regulatory lifecycle. • Manage internal and external regulatory inquiries and escalations efficiently. Must-Have Skills: • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams effectively. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in operations, product operations, program, or project management within dynamic, entrepreneurial environments, preferably in the sharing economy or related sectors.
