Primary Skills: Program Management-Expert, Product Management-Advanced, Business Operations-Expert, Data Analysis-Intermediate, Excel Proficiency-Advanced Contract Type: W2 Location: Seattle WA (#LI-onsite) Duration: 9 Months Pay Range:$70 - $75 per hour #LP Job Description Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Operations and Product Support Specialist to cover significant responsibilities within the AMX team, focusing on Project Management and Business Operations tasks. This role is pivotal in analyzing and solving case management issues, supporting business process improvements, and collaborating with tech teams to implement system fixes. The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity and supporting the AMX team’s objectives through dedicated and structured operational and product support strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct deep-dive analyses into operational issues, identifying causes, and coordinating with relevant teams for resolutions. • Perform manual operational tasks for the HRPex product suite, including data cleanup, process documentation, and issue tracking. • Manage and coordinate the monthly Gemba program, handling scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities. • Prepare and distribute Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and updates for various business lines. • Serve as a reliable operational partner for cross-functional business rhythms and reporting cycles. Must-Have Skills: • Strong experience in program management, product management, or business operations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating executive-level materials. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail. Domain Experience: • Experience working within large organizational matrices • Familiarization with HR processes, ticketing systems, and case management tools like Asana and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, are highly valued.
