Primary Skills: Project Management - Expert, Privacy Laws - Intermediate, Problem Solving - Advanced, Process Implementation - Expert, Stakeholder Engagement - Advanced Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Pay Range: $65 - $70 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Privacy Operations Project Manager responsible for managing and enhancing our privacy and data protection operations. This role involves close collaboration with legal, marketing, engineering teams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA) and managing our cookie consent management platforms. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional groups, ensuring continuous improvement in privacy operations and compliance workflows within established SLAs. Key Responsibilities • Manage and improve response systems to stakeholder requests regarding privacy and data protection. • Oversee and ensure cookie compliance workflows are effectively managed from intake to implementation. • Partner with key departments to align cookie usage and consent with legal requirements. • Maintain and enhance the cookie consent management platforms and related processes. • Lead privacy-focused cross-functional teams and projects, aiming for continuous operational improvement. Must-Have Skills: • Proven project management experience, PMP certification is a plus. • Solid understanding of privacy programs including cookie compliance and consent management. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with various stakeholders. Domain/Industry Experience: • Prior experience in privacy and data protection within the legal, marketing, or technology sectors is highly preferred. Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR, ePrivacy, and CCPA is required.
