Primary Skills: Workday (Expert), Data Analysis(Intermediate), HR Operations (Expert), Process Improvement (Advanced), ServiceNow (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA - 94089 ( - Remote EST) Pay Range: $31.68- $35.07 per hour #LP Job Summary: The ideal candidate will provide operational support, enhance HR business processes, and deliver high-quality service across multiple platforms and channels. The role demands an innovative problem solver passionate about improving systems and processes to ensure excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage and resolve Data related tickets within ServiceNow. • Lead data clean-up, auditing projects, and coordinate HR efforts for entity merge/name change projects. • Maintain data integrity between core HR systems, Payroll, Equity, and Benefits, ensuring SOX and internal compliance. • Contribute to business process optimizations, prepare detailed analyses, and recommend system updates or improvements. • Document, map out, and regularly review current processes, aiming for continuous improvements. Must-Have Skills • Proficient in Workday (reporting and EIBs). • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capability. • Excellent customer service and continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Industry Experience • Experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.
