Contract Type: W2 Location: Nashville, TN () Duration: 2 Months Pay Range:$45 - $47 Per Hour #LP Summary We are seeking a Deployment Project Manager for a hybrid role requiring on-site presence during key project phases with options for remote work. The successful candidate will manage a complete project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards while working closely with site stakeholders, suppliers, and execution teams. This role involves extensive travel, up to 80% of the time, primarily to project deployment sites across the United States. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure. • Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams to ensure project success. • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and OSHA safety procedures. • Maintain and track project progress using Asana, overseeing daily installation activities. • Lead stakeholder communications, including hosting kick-off calls, weekly connects, and ensuring workspace preparation and scheduling with site operations teams. Must-Have Skills • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple channels (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Chime, email). • Expertise in project management within logistics or warehouse environments. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification required prior to starting the assignment. Industry Experience Required • Experience in fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production, or manufacturing environments.
