Primary Skills: Content Design-Expert, Storytelling-Advanced, Problem-Solving-Expert, Landing Pages-Expert, Content Strategy-Advanced Contract Type: W2 Location: Mountain View, CA () Duration: 5 Months Pay Range:$55 - $60 #LP Job Summary: This role requires a blend of creativity, customer advocacy, and the ability to transform complex financial concepts into accessible content. As a key player in designing end-to-end customer experiences, you'll collaborate closely with marketers and designers to craft compelling, benefit-driven stories. Key Responsibilities: • Gain deep product knowledge across Intuit's suite to guide customers effectively. • Design meaningful customer experiences from end-to-end, focusing on web and beyond. • Partner with marketing and visual designers to create compelling, customer-centric stories. • Translate complex financial terminology into approachable, conversational language. • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication. Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience in content design and strategy. • Strong business acumen with the ability to work closely with marketing and design teams. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Industry Experience: • Financial Services or Technology sectors preferred, but not mandatory.
