In this critical role, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to gather tool requirements and employ your technical prowess to develop custom Airtable interfaces and systems. This position involves a blend of technical skill, creative problem-solving, and project management, ensuring our internal and external partners benefit from tailored, effective operational tools. Key Responsibilities • Work with cross-functional teams to collect and prioritize tools requirements. • Design, develop, and deploy custom interfaces in Airtable tailored for both internal and external partner use. • Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to live deployment, including feature testing and performance analysis. • Analyze and report on tool efficacy, monitoring experimental use cases and adjusting accordingly. • Ensure tools and systems developed meet the needs and enhance the operational efficiency of users. Must-Have Skills: • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Airtable. • Proven ability in managing large, cross-functional projects and teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets and basic SQL knowledge. Industry Experience: • 6+ years in a technology or consulting environment, particularly within operational or tool development roles. CRM experience, especially Salesforce or similar platforms, is highly desired. This role is remote, potentially based in the US (CA preferred), requiring exceptional collaboration and influence across varying levels of the organization.
