Contract Type: W2 Only Location: Santa Clara, CA () Duration: 6-12 Months (Possible Extension) Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2 #LP Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Acquisition Integration Program Manager to lead the integration of newly acquired companies into the our ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment across various functional teams such as Product, Sales, and IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategic acquisition plans into actionable cross-functional execution plans, driving program success from planning through to operational readiness including data integration and sales enablement. This high-visibility role is perfect for a leader skilled in both business strategy and operational execution, capable of facilitating senior-level discussions and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning and execution for end-to-end post-acquisition integration programs. • Partner with internal stakeholders across different departments to ensure execution alignment. • Perform process and data mapping from acquired systems to our platforms. • Drive Quote-to-Cash readiness through data migration and process updates. • Maintain regular communication with executive leadership through presentations, progress reports, and integration dashboards. Must-Have Skills • Comfortable in large enterprise environments • Strong project management and data integration skills. • Excellent communication and change management abilities. Preferred Domain Experience • Experience in large enterprise environments, specifically in tech industries.
