Akkodis is seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Addison, TX/Charlotte, NC/Kennesaw, GA(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry. Rate Range: $65/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across multiple modules. • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, core setup, data model, and security framework. • Proficiency in at least three modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits. • Experience with EIBs, data loads, auditing, and reporting. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and cloud-based environment.
