Akkodis is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Houston, TX(Remote). Must have proven experience managing large-scale software programs and leading technical program management teams to ensure execution excellence. Rate Range: $85/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Senior Technical Program Manager job responsibilities include: • Lead cross-functional program execution by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple technical teams. • Define program scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation. • Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery. • Monitor progress and report status to senior leadership, providing clear metrics and actionable insights. • Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability across technical programs. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred. • 8+ years in program or project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership role. • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with complex dependencies. • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation strategies.
