Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a Benefits Transformation Lead for a 24-month contract to oversee the Benefits Workstream in a large HR transformation program implementing Oracle HCM. This role involves project management, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of benefits-related initiatives. Responsibilities • Own the Benefits workstream of the broader HR transformation program, including maintenance of the project plan, status reporting, benefit stakeholder alignment and delivery of key milestones. • Ensure alignment of the Benefits roadmap with the overall program objectives, interdependencies, and governance processes. • Represent the Benefits workstream at program meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation actions. • Identify and coordinate interdependencies across other workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc) and ensure risks, issues, and escalations are effectively managed. • Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for benefits transformation initiatives. • Drive testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of the Benefits module and policy changes. Skills • 8+ years of experience in benefits, HR transformation, or program/project management. • Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program structure. • Strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance. • Excellent program management skills, including planning, governance, and execution. • Skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management and collaboration. • Experience with HR technology and benefits administration platforms a plus • Ability to successfully manage a project within a complexed, matrixed, global environment. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Effective communicator with ability to influence at all organizational levels. • Skilled in balancing benefits subject-matter expertise with structured program management. • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver. • Results-oriented with a focus on delivery and accountability Education Requirements • BA degree Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Short-term disability • Additional voluntary benefits • An EAP program • Commuter benefits • A 401K plan • Paid Sick Leave • Any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law • Holiday pay where applicable Company Overview • Akkodis provides digital engineering solutions for sustainable and innovative industries.
