Akkodis is seeking a Administrative Specialist for a client located in Dublin, CA, with this position being fully onsite. Pay Range: $23/hr - 26/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Receptionist Job Summary: Experience Qualifications • Typically 2+ years experience as a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience required • Experience in a corporate or professional work environment preferred Skills and Abilities • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate and connect with employees at all levels of the organization • Ability to multitask and resume focus after interruptions • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and postage machines • Ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other callers • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals • Ability to communicate routine reports and correspondence • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and email • If you are interested in this Administrative Specialist job in Dublin, CA then please click APPLY NOW.
