The Positions Fulfillment Associate Distribution Associate Job Location Bolingbrook, IL Schedules + Pay Distribution: Monday- Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, starting $17.00/hr Fulfillment: Tuesday- Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm, starting $17.00/hr Fulfillment: Saturday- Monday, 6:00am to 6:30pm, starting $18.50/hr Essential Functions: Perform all necessary retail fulfillment and distribution warehouse duties Fulfillment duties may include, but are not limited to, picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise as well as the use of hand-operated equipment. Distribution duties may include, but are not limited to, receiving, processing and shipping of AKIRA inventory Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations All other responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications: Safely operate in a warehouse environment Able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift Be able to receive and give feedback effectively Stand/walk 10 hours a day Solid understanding of safety regulations Basic math and recording abilities Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role The Ideal Candidate Has/Is: Work efficiently as part of a team Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data Excellent organizational skills Great communication and interpersonal abilities Keen eye for detail Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Diversity & Inclusion: At AKIRA we believe that treating everyone in a first-class manner is essential to fostering an inclusive environment that reflects our values and our community.
