The Strategy & Operations Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing data to support the Cloud Technology Group's Go-to-Market motion, providing insights, and enabling better decision-making across various business functions. Responsibilities • Connecting data to the Go-to-Market Motion of Compute • Identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation through data and analysis • Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems • Developing and building metrics and key success measures for the business • Enabling better and proactive decision making, in areas including capacity delivery, financial performance and operations • Collaborating with CTG business partners and leaders to provide ad-hoc insights and/or regularly published reports • Leading the technical design of queries and models Skills • Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Show working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup and formatting • Demonstrate experience writing queries in SQL using joins, CTEs, and subqueries • Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, such as Tableau • Have experience analyzing data to provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to facilitate larger organizational initiatives • Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization Benefits • Healthcare • 401K savings plan • Company holidays • Vacation (in the form of PTO) • Sick time • Family friendly benefits including parental leave • Employee assistance program including a focus on mental and financial wellness Company Overview • Akamai is a provider of cloud services that help enterprises provide secure, high-performing user experiences on any device.
