Proven senior-level program management experience in HR technology, knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, experience in global environments, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Description: • Lead enterprise-scale HR technology programs ensuring alignment to business priorities, risk mitigation, and value realization • Act as a senior program leader for HR digital transformation initiatives, including roadmap development, sequencing, dependency management, and executive communications • Partner closely with HR, IT and external vendors to coordinate delivery across complex, interdependent workstreams • Provide strategic oversight of Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives, with specific focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management (experience preferred) • Proactively surface risks, issues, and trade-offs, offering clear recommendations and solution paths • Translate business and HR needs into clear program plans, milestones, and success measures • Operate as a connector and integrator, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment across regions and functions • Bring a continuous-improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery models, governance, and ways of working • Support future team growth and capability building as the function evolves Requirements: • Have proven experience in senior-level program or portfolio management, ideally within HR Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems • Possess solid working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM • Have demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without formal authority • Possess exceptional ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and change • Have a solid executive presence with the confidence to challenge, influence, and advise senior leaders • Be highly analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess issues and drive pragmatic outcomes • Have excellent communication skills; able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights • Be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and detailed execution • Have prior experience supporting large-scale HR transformations or cloud migrations • Have background working with external implementation partners or system integrators • Have familiarity with HR operating models, shared services, or global governance structures Benefits: • This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of converting to a full-time permanent position at Akamai
