Experience: 8+ years of high-impact Business Analysis experience, preferably in a consultative or client-facing role. CRM & Salesforce Mastery (Required): Deep experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is mandatory. You do not just know Salesforce exists; you understand its object model, its limitations, and how to leverage it to solve real-world problems. Certifications Highly Preferred: IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). Bonus: Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certifications. Technical Toolkit Collaboration: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Execution: Mastery of Jira (for agile management) and Confluence (for knowledge base). Visualization: Proficiency with Miro, Monday.com, Lucidchart, or Visio for visual storytelling.
