POSITION IT Program Manager Backfill! LOCATION Fully onsite Farmington Hills, MI Need to look local first! REQUIRED SKILLS • Prior finance experience (will be working with internal financial applications and finance teams) • OneStream Financial Software experience 3-5 Must Haves • Strong IT Project / Program Management experience with Finance Systems • Experience working closely with Finance Teams and Applications, prior hands on Finance experience is a big plus • Must have OneStream experience • Experience working in manufacturing, ideally automotive is strongly preferred Key Responsibilities • Program Leadership : Drive end-to-end delivery of finance transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects within the program. • Finance Systems Expertise : Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of OneStream and related financial platforms. • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with Finance, IT, and executive leadership to define program goals and success metrics. • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders. • Governance & Risk Management : Establish program governance frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices. • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects. • Change Management & Adoption : Develop strategies for user adoption and training to maximize ROI on finance systems investments. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes. Required Qualifications • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). • Experience : 8+ years of IT program / project management experience, with at least 5 years in finance systems and transformation initiatives. • Proven experience implementing and managing OneStream solutions. • Strong understanding of financial processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation). • Skills : Expertise in program governance, budgeting, and resource management. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with financial platforms. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification. • Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs within global organizations. • Knowledge of cloud-based financial solutions and emerging technologies.
