Essential Position Functions As the Investment Client Services Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for existing investors across the firm’s real estate funds. Your role is to deliver white-glove service by providing personalized, timely, and proactive communication to ensure investor satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. You will support onboarding, address ongoing investor needs, and help optimize internal processes using tools like HubSpot CRM. This is not a sales-focused role but does require a strong understanding of finance and real estate to field inquiries and provide clarity to investors. You will work closely with the Head of the Investor Relations Team and other internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives while upholding the company’s commitment to trust and professionalism. Position Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for all investor inquiries, offering timely and personalized communication. • Manage investor accounts, including onboarding, reinvestments, and account updates. • Communicate performance updates, timelines, and investment information clearly and consistently. • Protect sensitive financial and personal data with discretion and confidentiality. • Use CRM to track communications and enhance investor experience. • Identify opportunities to increase investor satisfaction and contribute to service improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience across all investor touchpoints. • Support the strategic goals of the Investor Relations team and maintain alignment with broader company objectives. Position Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in finance, real estate, or investor relations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and providing premium service experience. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple investors’ needs simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM tools • Must be comfortable working remotely while maintaining Eastern Time availability. • A background check is required due to the sensitive nature of investor information.
